One Shared Queue for Coordinated Customer Support
Team Support Hub is a customer support package designed for growing teams that need to manage customer requests from multiple channels through one organized workspace. It brings conversations, assignments, internal collaboration, and customer context together, helping team members coordinate their work from a clear shared queue.
The package includes two connected support channels and capacity for up to 1,500 support conversations. Incoming requests are collected in a shared team inbox, allowing authorized team members to review conversations, assign responsibility, update statuses, and track ongoing support activity.
Assignment and status rules help organize incoming conversations according to predefined conditions. Internal notes and mentions allow team members to exchange relevant information within a conversation without displaying those messages to the customer.
Business-hour automations can apply predefined actions or messages based on the operating schedule configured by the client. A customer history timeline provides an organized view of previous interactions, helping team members understand the context of each request before responding.
Team email support is also included for general questions related to the setup and use of the package.
